About the course

4 + 1 seasons course. Each season will be taught in a BILINGUAL 3 day workshop. Languages are Spanish and English
Tune ourselves with the cyclical nature of all processes in life so that we can offer cyclical treatments (ecological restorations): In the practice of "cultivating life" (yang sheng - 養生), each season is equally sacred and involves processes of change and transformation that give way to different types of practices and/or treatments.
Directional Medicine is Cyclical Medicine. Balance the life processes and movements according to the seasons and the directions in space.
Based on the Space-Time Theory from the Huangdi Neijing (HDNJ - 黃帝內經), we will explore the 6th Level Dimension as it emerges from the 5th Level Dimension : The relationship between the Celestial and Terrestrial Patterns in the body.
The root of this course comes from the breathing movement of each season and how they are expressed through the River Courses (Watersheds). This will be studied through a circular learning method returning each time to deepen one's understanding with different perspectives.
Focus will be on the Exploration of the Cycles in Space and Time to diagnose and treat the Jing Mai 經脈 (the axial river courses) and Jing Jin 經筋 (sinew/muscular system) selected for each season.
In each season, we will delve into the corresponding channels through an immersion in classical texts (經) and the experience of their ecology and how to restore it.
This will lead you to a new way to approach and understand the body’s physiology and pathology in accordance with the effect of the seasons on the channel system.
Using this understanding will connect both you and the person you are treating to the seasonal movements, adding efficiency and connecting them to a source of change and balance.

Every seasonal workshop will include two mornings from 11.00 to 13.00 of Training Clinic in our Center in Barcelona.

After each seasonal course you will be able to...

Synchronize both yourself and your patients to the seasonal movements, adding efficiency and connection to a source of change and balance.

Experientially and organically explore the seasonal watersheds for a more precise diagnosis.

Apply new tools for the restoration of the watershed ecologies and balance of the body.

Understand a new way to approach the body’s physiology and pathology in accordance with the effect of the seasons on the channel system.

Understand the relationship between the watersheds and their internal roots (Zang Fu): Between the 5th and the 6th level dimension in the human body.

Locate and Palpate the structures of the watershed anatomy.

ALL SEASONAL COURSES ARE BOTH PRACTICAL AND THEORETICAL:

The teaching materials are sent in PDF format beforehand for study and meditation. It is recommended to complete the exercises contained in the materials before attending the meeting. This facilitates a deeper understanding and practice during the encounter.

All the concepts taught will be explored through practice.
